What's in it?

A handful of chamomile, a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, and a squeeze of orange.

How does it work?

Chamomile contains a natural flavonoid called apigenin that calms the mind and promotes relaxation.

The combination of ACV and honey is an old sleep remedy that soothes your digestive system and reduces night time waking.

When should I drink it?

For best sleep results, drink it as part of your bedtime routine, around half an hour before you want to fall asleep.

How much should I drink?
