I used to hate bedtime.
It didn’t feel like a relaxing end to the day, but something I had to endure. At night I would toss and turn, stare at my phone, and wake up feeling groggy.
I knew there had to be a way of reclaiming that deep rest that I remember from my childhood, before the stresses and strains of adult life got in the way.
This yearning for a solution led to me trying everything: pills, teas, supplements, and routines. But then one day I read about a traditional remedy for insomnia, a combination of Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey.
One night I gave it a try by mixing both in with a Chamomile tea and the results were amazing. Much deeper sleep and none of the usual morning tiredness.
After tinkering with the recipe and adding a dash of orange, I realised I had created something magical. Not just a supplement with relaxing ingredients, but a mindful ritual that made the entire bedtime experience more enjoyable.
Bedtime was no longer something I avoided, but something I looked forward to.
Realising that this drink could help other people too, I began making it for close friends and family.
