I ordered these as a possible help with my long term sleep issues as I like to keep changing the things I use so that I don’t become used to anything. When I saw the opportunity to try them for free just paying the postage cost I decided it was the ideal time to give them a go. The company itself is fantastic, I was kept updated with my order progress, shipping and arrival were super quick and the cans themselves were very well packed. I liked that the cans were textured so we’re easy to hold and they were pleasant to handle. Sadly for me those were the only upsides. I found that whilst it was simple and easy to just open a pre-prepared can and just drink it without having to mix powders etc, the drink tasted ok to start with but started to have a bitter taste with it that then lingered. I also found that it didn’t really help with my sleep at all although that could just be me personally as I have suffered with insomnia for many years and have all sorts of things to try to help, so my system is often resistant to things that are not heavy duty, it maybe completely different for someone who is only struggling a little or whose problems sleeping are not as severe as mine. I’m upset to say these unfortunately are not for me personally, however I really appreciate the opportunity to have been able to try them.

Sleep Toniq is an incredible nighttime drink. Perfect for unwinding the night before a busy day. Also helps to calm my stomach during an ibs flare up. It's like a hug in a can, you have to try it!
